Flexible Working (Eligibility, Complaints and Remedies) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 come into force

Implementation date: 3 May 2007

The Regulations amend the Flexible Working (Eligibility, Complaints and Remedies) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 to include daughter-in-law and son-in-law in the definition of 'relative'. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI website.
