Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations 2008 come into force

The Regulations, which revoke and replace the Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations 2007, increase the fees that the Health and Safety Executive charges for the performance of a wide range of statutory functions. These include licensing activities, approving equipment and conducting testing associated with the issue of such approvals. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI website.
