Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations 2009 come into force

Implementation date: 6 April 2009

The Regulations, which revoke and replace the Health and Safety (Fees) Regulations 2008 (SI 2008/736), increase the fees that the Health and Safety Executive charges for the performance of a wide range of statutory functions. These include licensing activities, approving equipment and conducting testing associated with the issue of such approvals. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI website.
