Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit (State Pension Credit and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2003 come into force

The Regulations amend provisions concerning housing benefit and council tax benefit under the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992, Part VII, in connection with the introduction of state pension credit under the State Pension Credit Act 2002 on 6 October 2003.
