Income Tax (Construction Industry Scheme) (Amendment No.2) Regulations 2008 come into force
Implementation date: 3 June 2008
The Regulations amend the Income Tax (Construction Industry Scheme) Regulations 2005, which make provision for the construction industry scheme established by the Finance Act 2004. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI website.
