Industrial Training Levy (Engineering Construction Board) Order 2005 comes into force
Implementation date: 3 August 2005
The Order imposes a levy on employers in the construction industry for the purpose of raising money towards meeting the expenses of the Engineering Construction Board. The Order can be viewed on the OPSI website.
