Industrial tribunal award limits amended in Northern Ireland

The Employment Rights (Increase of Limits) Order (Northern Ireland) 2014 (SR 2014/39) increases the limits applying to various industrial tribunal awards and other amounts payable under employment legislation, including the maximum amount of a week's pay for the purpose of calculating a redundancy payment and the basic and additional award of compensation for unfair dismissal, and the limit on the amount of a guarantee payment.
