Industrial Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 come into force
Implementation date: 31 August 2005
The Regulations amend the Industrial Tribunals
(Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005. The
effect is that the Lord Chancellor, rather than the Department for Employment
and Learning, appoints full- and part-time members to the panel of chairmen of
industrial tribunals. The
