Local Government Pension Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2003 come into force
Implementation date: 1 October 2003
The
Regulations amend the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations 1997 to take account
of the entitlements to paternity and adoption leave provided for by the
Employment Act 2002. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI website.
