Management of Health and Safety at Work and Health and Safety (Consultation with Employees) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 come into force
Implementation date: 6 April 2006
The Regulations amend the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, Regulation 22 to exclude the right of third parties to seek damages from employees in breach of their duties under these regulations. The Regulations also remove the civil liability exclusion in the Health and Safety (Consultation with Employees) Regulations 1996.
