National Health Service Pension Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2010 come into force
Implementation date: 23 July 2010
The Regulations amend the National Health Service Pension Scheme Regulations 1995 (SI 1995/300) and the National Health Service Pension Scheme Regulations 2008 (SI 2008/653), to implement the matters relating to the rate of member and employer contributions to the NHS Pension Scheme raised by the Joint Committee on Statutory Instruments.
