National Minimum Wage (Enforcement Notices) Act 2003 comes into force

The Act amends the National Minimum Wage Act 1998 to ensure enforcement officers can issue enforcement notices to require the payment of minimum wage arrears to former workers as well as current workers. The Act can be viewed on the OPSI website.
