New Employment Appeal Tribunal conciliation protocol comes into force

The new Employment Appeal Tribunal conciliation protocol allows EATs to consider referring cases involving allegations of bias or pure money appeals to ACAS for conciliation. These arrangements are to be piloted for four months from 1 January 2005. The conciliation protocol can be viewed on the Employment Appeal Tribunal website.
