The 'entrepreneurs', 'investors' and 'post-study work' sub-categories of tier one of the new points-based immigration system are implemented. Tier one covers highly skilled individuals who can contribute to UK growth and productivity and for whom no job offer is necessary. More details are available on the UK Border Agency website.
