New tribunal claim and response forms become mandatory

The use of new employment tribunal claim and response forms, introduced from 1 October 2004, becomes mandatory. The forms were due to become manadatory from 6 April 2005. However the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 changed the date to 1 October 2005.
