Pension Protection Fund (Compensation) Regulations 2005 come into force
Implementation date: 6 April 2005
The Regulations set out the circumstances under which a person can receive early payment of compensation from the Board of the Pension Protection Fund. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI website.
