Pension Protection Fund (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2010 come into force
Implementation date: 1 April 2010
The Regulations makes various amendments to existing primary and secondary legislation governing the pension compensation paid by the Board of the Pension Protection Fund. They also introduces provisions to require the Board of the Pension Protection Fund to charge interest when the pension protection levy is paid late and allow the Board to waive that interest if appropriate.
