Pensions Act 2004 (Commencement No. 1 and Consequential and Transitional Provisions) Order 2004 comes into force

The Order brings into force provisions of the Pensions Act 2004 relating to the establishment of the Pensions Regulator and the Board of the Pension Protection Fund. The Act and the Order can be viewed on the OPSI website.
