Pensions Act 2004, various sections come into force

Sections coming into force on this date include sections 11, 112(4)(a), (7) and (8), and 117(4). These sections give the Secretary of State power to make Regulations or Orders relating to the borrowing limit for the Board of the Pension Protection Fund and relating to various levies for the Pensions Regulator and the Board of the Pension Protection Fund. They also provide that the Pensions Regulator must produce a report for each financial year for the Secretary of State.
