Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records) (Disclosure) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 come into force
Implementation date: 31 July 2009
The Regulations provide that both the Scottish Crime and Drug Enforcement Agency and Access Northern Ireland are to be treated as police forces for the purposes of s.113B of the Police Act 1997.
