Practice Direction (Employment Appeal Tribunal - Procedure) 2004 comes into force

The practice direction replaces the Practice Direction (Employment Appeal Tribunal - Procedure) 2002, which came into force in December 2002. It has been updated to reflect the new EAT Rules of Procedure. The practice direction can be viewed on the Employment Appeal Tribunal website.
