Protected Rights (Transfer Payment) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 come into force

The Regulations amend the Protected Rights (Transfer Payment) Regulations 1996. They allow employers that are running several smaller pension schemes to bulk transfer members with protected rights to a single scheme. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI website.
