Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 (Automatic Listing) (Specified Criteria) Order 2010 comes into force
Implementation date: 28 February 2011
The Order specifies the criteria that will lead to automatic listing of an individual in the list of people barred from working with children or in the list of people barred from working with vulnerable adults. The Order can be viewed on the OPSI website.
