Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 (Consequential Provisions) Order 2010 comes into force

Implementation date: 4 November 2010

The Order prescribes that certain bodies outside Scotland must provide information to Scottish Ministers to allow them to fulfil their functions under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The Order also provides that Scottish bodies must provide information to the Independent Safeguarding Authority. The Order can be viewed on the UK legislation website.
