Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 (Consideration for Listing) Regulations 2010 come into force

Implementation date: 28 February 2011

The Regulations set out the procedures that Scottish ministers must follow when considering under ss.10 to 13 of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 whether or not to list an individual in the children's or adults' list. The Regulations prescribe that referring bodies might be invited to make further representations. The Regulations can be viewed on the UK legislation website.
