Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 (Modification of Regulated Work with Children) Order 2010 comes into force
Implementation date: 28 February 2011
The Order amends the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 in relation to regulated work in an establishment listed in part 3 of the Act, host parenting and the position of charity trustee. The Order can be viewed on the OPSI website.
