Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) (Amendment) Order 2013 comes into force
Implementation date: 1 October 2013
The order amends the list of prescribed persons to whom workers can make a protected disclosure under the Employment Rights Act 1996. The order can be viewed on the UK legislation website.
