Public Interest Disclosure (Prescribed Persons) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004 come into force
Implementation date: 4 July 2004
The Order amends the list of prescribed persons to whom a protected disclosure can be made. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI website.
