References to statutory paternity pay amended
Implementation date: 14 November 2010
Regulations change references to "statutory paternity pay" in a number of statutory instruments to "ordinary statutory paternity pay" and "additional statutory paternity pay", to accommodate the introduction of additional statutory paternity pay.
