Registered Pension Schemes (Authorised Payments) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 come into force

The Regulations amend the Registered Pension Schemes (Authorised Payments) Regulations 2009 (SI 2009/1171) in relation to the repeal of contracting out for defined-contribution pension schemes on 6 April 2012. The Regulations can be viewed on the UK legislation website.
