Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2010 comes into force
Implementation date: 28 February 2011
The Order amends the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2003 (SSI 2003/231) in consequence of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The Order can be viewed on the UK legislation website.
