Revised Employment Appeal Tribunal rules come into force

The Employment Appeal Tribunal Rules 2013 are amended pursuant to the introduction of a fee system in employment tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. The Employment Appeal Tribunal (Amendment) Rules 2013 (SI 2013/1693) can be viewed on the UK legislation website.
