Road Transport (Working Time) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 come into force

Implementation date: 11 April 2007

The Regulations amend the Road Transport (Working Time) Regulations 2005 by replacing references to the 1985 EEC Regulation with corresponding references to the 2006 EC Regulation. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI website.
