Social Security (Equalisation of State Pension Age) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 come into force
Implementation date: 6 April 2010
The Regulations amend a number of Regulations to ensure that where benefit is aligned with the age at which women become eligible for state pension that alignment will be maintained when women's state pension age increases from 6 April 2010. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI website.
