Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) (No.3) Regulations 2011 come into force

Implementation date: 31 October 2011

The Regulations prescribe that it is a criminal offence for a prospective employer to require a prospective employee to provide information that he or she has obtained from the Secretary of State in connection with a claim for, or an award of, employment and support allowance. The Regulations make other miscellaneous amendments relating to social security. The Regulations can be viewed on the UK legislation website.
