Social Security (Work-focused Interviews for Partners) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 come into force

The Regulations impose a requirement on the partners of claimants of certain benefits to take part in a work-focused interview where the claimant is entitled to that benefit at a higher rate referable to the partner. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI website.
