Stakeholder Pension Schemes Regulations 2000, Part IV come into force
Implementation date: 8 October 2001
The Regulations make provision in connection
with the duty of employers to facilitate access to stakeholder pension schemes,
and in particular for the circumstances in which employers are exempt from those
requirements, for the deduction of contributions to such schemes from employees'
remuneration and for the disclosure of information to employees about such
schemes. The Regulations can be viewed on the OPSI website.
