State Pension Credit (Transitional and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 come into force

The Regulations amend the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1987, the Social Security and Child Support (Decisions and Appeals) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999, the State Pension Credit Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 and the State Pension Credit (Consequential, Transitional and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 in connection with the introduction of state pension credit on 6 October 2003.
