Statutory Sick Pay (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 come into force
Implementation date: 27 October 2008
The Regulations make provision for the
reduction in the amount of information employers must provide about statutory sick pay
for social security benefit purposes. They also remove the requirement for employers
to provide information about statutory sick pay paid to employees who are
leaving their employment. The
