Work at Height Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 come into force
Implementation date: 11 July 2005
The Regulations, which implement the
Temporary Work at Height Directive, consolidate all the legal requirements to
ensure safe work at height into one set of Regulations and clarify the processes
and procedures that are designed to reduce the number of deaths and injuries
caused by falls from height in the workplace. The Regulations can be
viewed on the OPSI website.
