Maternity and Parental Leave (Amendment) Regulations 2001
Parliament has approved Regulations* which will amend the Maternity and Parental Leave Regulations 1999. The amended Regulations, which came into effect on 10th January 2002, confer rights on parents who were originally excluded when the Regulations were introduced in 1999.
