MHSW Regs lose civil liability exclusion
Employees can now sue their employer for a breach of the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 (MHSW) and the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations 1997.
The MHSW Regulations require employers to carry out risk assessments and implement health and safety arrangements.
