Tax exemption introduced for pensions advice
As announced in the Budget, employers are to be given a tax exemption on the cost of providing pensions advice and information to their employees. It has been revealed that the exemption applies up to a limit of £150 per employee per year and only if the advice is made available generally to all employees on similar terms.
