Podcast: Constructive dismissal

On this week's XpertHR Weekly, we discuss the Employment Appeal Tribunal decision in Chindove v William Morrison Supermarkets plc EAT/0201/13 & EAT/0043/14, which dealt with race discrimination and constructive dismissal. As well as providing an overview of constructive dismissal, we provide guidance on the significance of any delay between the breach in response to which an employee is resigning and the employee tendering his or her resignation.
