When to use this model holiday contract clause

Use this model contract clause to set out terms relating to annual leave and pay. This clause is not suitable for workers who are irregular hours workers or part-year workers with leave years starting on or after 1 April 2024.  

This clause can be included in a written statement of employment particulars or contract of employment.
