When to use this model equal opportunities letter
Use this model letter to invite an employee to a meeting to investigate the circumstances surrounding allegations of pre-6 April 2014 contraventions of the Equality Act 2010 that have been made in a discrimination questionnaire that you have received. The questionnaire procedure is repealed from 6 April 2014, although the procedure remains in force for proceedings that relate to a contravention that occurred before 6 April 2014.
