When to use this model restrictive covenants contract clause
Use this model contract clause to enable void restrictions to be removed in such a way as to minimise the effect. This clause is useful where there are a number of restrictions such as a non-poaching, non-solicitation and non-competition clause and there is a risk that one or more may be void.
