Jobs where it is lawful to ask for details of spent convictions (Scotland)

For certain types of employment, it is lawful to ask questions at interview about spent convictions and to reject a person for employment on the grounds of a spent conviction. The list below includes the excluded professions; offices and employments; and occupations, as outlined in the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and Exceptions) (Scotland) Order 2013 (SI 2013/50).
