Written statement of terms and conditions of employment - the principal statement

For employment beginning on or after 6 April 2020, an employee or worker must be provided with a written statement of terms and conditions of employment by the time they start employment.

For employment beginning before 6 April 2020, an employee must be provided with a written statement of terms and conditions of employment within one month of a request for a statement. The following particulars must be included in a single document.
