The Top Charities Salary Survey is designed as a benchmarking tool, to help our members assess the salaries of their most senior
(managerial) staff against the same roles in other, similar, organisations.
To ensure close matching of roles in the salary survey we provide job description for each role surveyed. These job descriptions are
reviewed annually by the members to ensure that all relevant jobs are covered.
A comprehensive analysis of fringe benefits is also offered, in addition to trend information such as labour turnover and movement in
earnings and salaries.
Confidentiality is assured, and members cannot identify the data applicable to any single member. Correspondingly, the salary survey
results are only available to organisations which are members of the group and have participated in the survey.
Participants who purchase the report will receive:

- One year's access to XpertHR Job Pricing, enabling you to access the full survey database online and build your own search
queries. Refine the data, display it in a table or graph, and download the results to an Excel spreadsheet for your own use.

against market norms (Gold level only). These tools - MODAS, MIDAS and results in a spreadsheet - are Excel based, allowing you to manipulate the
data as you wish.
